Five Forks area and Woodruff Road

One of the fastest growing residential areas in Greenville SC has been around what is commonly referred to as the 'five forks area.' Located south past much of the commercial areas of Woodruff Road in southern Greenville SC, the area got it's name due to the five roads that split off of Woodruff Road, including one that is actually called Five Forks Road.  Neighborhoods are mostly newer construction since only 15 years ago, most locals considered this too far a drive to want to settle down.  Now, one would think you are right in the middle of everything.
