Pelham Road is a five lane corridor that extends from Pleasantburg Drive southward, crosses interstate 85 and ends at Highway 14. Most commercial businesses are located in and around the I-85 area, while the remainder of the Pelham Road area is made up of residential communities. These communities also constitute a majority of what is also considered the east side of Greenville. Prices range from around $100,000 to up over $1 million. Many folks find this area to be one of the most convenient places to live in relation to downtown access, without paying the higher prices that the downtown location demands.
