The Batesville Road and Highway 14 corridor begins right around where the Pelham Road corridor ends. This area encompasses primarily all residential communities and range in price from the low $100s to up over $1 million. This area has always had very good re-sale value because of the schools that are typically zoned for the surrounding neighborhoods.  Many folks that move into the Greenville area from other parts of the country will research school's test scores and demographics on the district web site and target those neighborhoods that have the highest rated schools. Because Greenville has some of the best public schools in the area, this statement can also be made for several other residential areas in the county.
